A Main Hall which can accommodate up to 200 people. The Snug will seat up to 20 for a meeting or small gathering and a 300 sq ft room on the top floor available either singly or in any combination to meet your needs, both large and small. 

Car parking for up to 100 cars with spaces for coach parking if required. Oaklands Pavilion  is fully accessible with lift access to the facilities on the first floor.

The parkland surroundings of Oaklands Pavilion make it an ideal location for your Wedding reception or party. Located just outside the centre of the City, it’s accessible and convenient for many Churches; it’s only a short distance from the registry office in Orchard Street. 

In the Main Hall there is plenty of room to accommodate a traditional sit down Wedding Breakfast or a more informal buffet style celebration in the style you prefer. This can continue on into the evening with a band, or disco using the Snug Bar as a quieter room where guests can converse. 

We will work with you to create a programme to suit your specific needs with a layout tailored to make your guests comfortable. We’ll help you to choose how decorate the rooms to your theme, personalising the hall with your choice of swagging, chair covers and table decorations either yourself or using our contractors. 

Our caterers use the freshest of local ingredients, skillfully prepared to produce meals that have earned them an enviable reputation. There are a wide range of affordable standard packages available, alternatively we can produce a menu to suit your specific needs. 

With attractive room rates, reasonable bar prices and competitive catering costs, an impressive, city centre reception is in reach of relatively modest budgets. For Example:

Conferences

The main hall accommodates up to 200 people making it ideal as a public meeting room, conference or event venue in Chichester city centre. 

There is  a projection screen as well as a sound system that’s available for all users within the hire charge so you don’t have to arrange it yourself; we can help organise any AV equipment too if you do not have your own. 

With the kitchen adjacent to the Hall catering can be easily provided, ranging from coffee,tea & biscuits to a comprehensive lunch. 

With free car parking on site  it’s a very accessible and popular location. As the largest hall in the City the ability to accommodate up to 200 people makes it a popular choice for these meetings and the ability to adopt different layouts makes it very flexible. The Shopland Room provides an ideal location for a smaller business meeting or training session.

The room can accommodate up to 20 people and can be hired separately to the rest of the space.

The room can be equipped with AV equipment for presentations or training.

The Shopland Room comes with a wide range of catering options from tea and coffee to a fully catered event.
