  • HOW DO I BOOK A SHOW AROUND?

    Pop us an email or use the contact form to get in touch. 

    Viewings are by Appointment only between the times below. Please let us know when you are available so we can try and fit in a viewing appointment at a time most convenient for you.


    Sunday- Tuesdays : Closed

    Wednesday - Friday : 6pm - 9pm

    Saturdays : 12pm - 5pm

    Unless Otherwise arranged

  • WHAT ARE YOUR CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT PLANS?

    A 50% deposit along with a signed contract will be required to confirm your Booking. We then require a second and final deposit one month (4 weeks)  prior to your event date. 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES?

    During these unprecedented times, we are assessing cancellations & postponements on a case-by-case basis. Requests should be sent directly to the General Manager for his consideration. Penalty fees will apply within 6 months of the event date.

  • DO YOU ALLOW EXTERNAL CATERING?

    Oaklands Pavilion provides catering in-house but also does allow for external catering. There is a surcharge of £250 applicable to use our professional Catering Kitchen facilities.

  • DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

    All rates are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless indicated otherwise.

  • IS OAKLANDS PAVILION AVAILABLE FOR EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE?

    Exclusive use is available upon request. Please use the Instant Quote button for Wedding hire Details and feel welcome to call us to discuss your needs further.

  • WHAT TIME DOES THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE END?

    Parties must end at 23:30, however, a license for an extension to 01:00 can be applied for at an additional charge.
